1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of FFA International LLC (“FFA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 100 Illinois St, Ste 200, Saint Charles, IL 60174, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2. Services

FFA International LLC is a licensed property freight brokerage operating under USDOT 4331192 and MC-1691087. We act as an intermediary between shippers and motor carriers to arrange the transportation of freight within the United States. We do not operate as a motor carrier and do not take physical possession of any freight.

  • FFA arranges transportation services on behalf of shippers using its network of vetted, licensed carriers.
  • All carriers engaged by FFA maintain appropriate operating authority and minimum insurance requirements as required by FMCSA regulations.
  • FFA is not liable for the acts or omissions of motor carriers selected to transport freight.

3. Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through our website are non-binding estimates. A binding agreement for freight services is only established upon written confirmation from FFA and mutual agreement on terms, rate, and service specifics. Rates are subject to change based on market conditions, fuel costs, and carrier availability.

4. Shipper Responsibilities

By requesting freight services through FFA, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding freight dimensions, weight, commodity type, hazardous material status, and any special handling requirements.
  • Ensure freight is properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transportation in accordance with applicable regulations and carrier requirements.
  • Make freight available at the agreed pickup location and time.
  • Ensure that all documentation (bills of lading, customs paperwork, permits) required for the shipment is accurate and complete.

FFA is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage arising from inaccurate shipment information provided by the shipper.

5. Liability Limitations

As a freight broker, FFA's liability is limited to the broker fee paid for a given shipment. FFA is not liable for cargo loss, damage, delay, or consequential damages. Cargo claims must be filed directly with the motor carrier in accordance with the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) and the bill of lading terms.

In no event shall FFA's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount of brokerage fees actually paid by you to FFA in connection with the subject shipment.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-shipment or account basis and confirmed in writing prior to service. Invoices are due within the agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. FFA reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of FFA International LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FFA does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FFA International LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate shipment information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kane County, Illinois.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
